SITUATION
This effort combines the acquisition talent of Orchard Partners with the financial backing of The James Campbell Company.  Campbell is a private, Hawaii-based, nationally diversified real estate company with assets including ground leases, office, retail and industrial properties.

RESULTS
Since 2011, Orchard Partners has completed 12 separate 1031 exchange transactions exceeding $200 million and 2million SF of warehouse space. The following properties have been acquired through the program:
