Leveraging a longstanding relationship, Orchard Partners serves Alecta as an investment advisor of industrial and office property acquisitions on the West Coast, targeting core-plus and value-add industrial opportunities in Seattle, the Los Angeles Basin, and the Bay Area.  

SITUATION

This effort combines the acquisition talent of Orchard Partners with the financial backing Alecta, a large foreign pension fund based in Sweden.

RESULTS

Within a 12 month period of time, Orchard Partners has deployed over $112 million in four separate transactions exceeding 600,000 SF of warehouse space. The following properties have been acquired through the program:
